Terms
These terms apply to the Unne waitlist at join.unne.io. They are intentionally short — joining the waitlist is free and has no obligations on either side. The Unne app at app.unne.io has its own separate terms that apply only if and when you sign up for the actual platform.
Unne is currently operated by its founders, based in Finland.
1. What you're signing up for
By joining the waitlist, you ask us to notify you by email when Unne is available in your city. You may also receive occasional updates about our progress toward launch.
Joining the waitlist does not create an account, does not give you access to any product, and does not commit you to anything.
2. What we promise
We promise to:
- Email you when Unne is available in your city, if and when that happens
- Handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy
- Let you unsubscribe at any time
3. What we don't promise
We do not promise:
- A specific launch date or city availability date — timing depends on factors we are still working on
- That a launch will happen at all — if our plans change, we will tell you and delete your data
- Priority access, beta access, or any special status from being on the waitlist (though we may offer these — we just don't guarantee them)
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist. The Unne app, when launched, will also be restricted to users aged 18 and over.
5. How to leave the waitlist
Every email we send you contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email hi@unne.io at any time to be removed. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request, usually much faster.
6. Future Unne app terms
If you later decide to sign up for the Unne app when it launches, that's a separate decision and a separate agreement. The full Unne app terms will apply at that point. Joining this waitlist does not bind you to the future app terms.
7. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes to these terms, we will email everyone on the waitlist before the change takes effect, so you can decide whether to stay or leave.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law in your country of residence.
